KP8015 mine cable bending machine
Is suitable for the detection of mine cable bending performance, in line with the GB12972.1 article 5.8.8 (appendix D) standards.
Parameters of the performance
1 sample bending radius of fixture: R150 plus or minus 10 mm, 200 plus or minus 10 mm, R250 plus or minus 10 mm can be replaced.
2 test speed: 0.1 ~ 1 m/s is adjustable.
3 sample length:
05 type: can do: 2 m, 3 m, 4 m, 5 m long sample;
010: can do: 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10 M long sample;
According to the sample length to choose corresponding model, the model is not the same as the price is different.
4 alarm detection: motivation and control line open circuit, short circuit between power and control core, has the corresponding alarm indicator and buzzer hint.
5 meter number: 1 ~ 999999 continuous setting, when the count reaches the set value can automatically stop; Range: 800 mm.
Six drive structure: ac gear motor + chain drive.
7 test power supply: AC220V / 50 hz.
