My test engineers have a few safety and quality questions before we would consider purchasing a unit:
1,Is the door where the resistors are located included in the “door alarm” or is it just the front glass door?
2,What voltage source is being used? (nameplate?) What is the maximum power/current level that the unit can output? We need to verify that the design does not have an undersized transformer.
3,We need to get copies of the datasheets of the voltmeter and instrument transformers, I need to be able to calculate the overall accuracy and how I would be able to get them sent out for calibration.
4,What grade of steel are you using? Is there any concern of corrosion on the inside of the chamber?
The answers :
1. There is a safety device in the window of the test area. When the door is opened, the test is stopped. The resistance hardware area and the transformer viewing area are directly behind the machine. There are also safety devices here. The test is stopped immediately when the door is opened. Don't worry about security protection, our machine is very mature, this is the result of continuous improvement.
2，The machine uses 220V / 50Hz power supply,（If your power supply is not suitable, assuming 110V / 60Hz, we used to have such customers, So, we will add a transformer for you. Allows you to use it normally.）
The maximum power is 8kva, the highest voltage is 8kv,
Regarding the current output, a total of five groups of test units,
The maximum output of a single group is 200ma,
Adjustable drip flow rate, maximum 1mL / min,
3, We will calibrate you before the machine leaves the factory, and provide you with the calibration data report of this machine (because the calibration data of each machine may not be the same), in the future, if you need to calibrate yourself, you can also You can calibrate according to the calibration method I provided to you before, test voltage and current, and drip flow calibration, all you can calibrate yourself, and you can debug in the future to get the data you want.
4，There are two appearances of our machine, one of which uses # 304 stainless steel, and # 304 stainless steel does not have to worry about the corrosion problem during the test, so we do not recommend customers to use the sprayed version of the machine appearance, but some customers will Choose the spray paint version, because it can make the machine more beautiful, and can customize the color of the appearance.
