Rut tester common faults
1. Ground tile can't rise, fall, cannot exercise test bearing car movement.
Reason: no pressure the pump station
Possible cause: the motor is not running (listen to the voice can hear), inversion of the pump motor, phase sequence can change 3 phase power input line.
2. The test bearing can sports car, grinding can not up and down.
Reason: lift valve damage
Solution: replace the solenoid valve.
3. Grinding can lift, test load car movement, but not in reverse
Reason: the stroke switch is damaged.
Solution: replace the switch
4. Grinding can lift, test load car cannot move
Reason: the movement of the electromagnetic valve is bad.
Solution: replace the solenoid valve
5. In the process of rolling machine cannot count
Reason: count with a proximity switch is damaged
Solution: replace the proximity switch
6. The temperature control
Reason: temperature controller parameter is not the best
Solution: start temperature control table of parameters self-tuning.
7. Ground surface temperature is lower than the temperature controller display temperature.
Reason: due to temperature measuring point not on the ground tile surface, temperature of ladder belong to normal phenomenon.
Solution: in the temperature control table parameter correction, temperature correction to the grinding of the actual temperature value; Or, set the target temperature control table temperature temperature higher than the demand.
